Take the stress out of meal planning. Diet-to-Go is a food service that provides freshly prepared delicious, convenient and nutritionally balanced meals. Three meal plans are offered: Traditional Low-Fat, Low Carb and Vegetarian Low-Fat. These meals are delivered to our club twice a week for your convenience. Call the club for details.


Azi Bahri - Club Manager

I grew up in Paris-France, and moved to the United States about 30 years ago. I lived in Virginia, and graduated from George Mason University.


My philosophy has always been to give 101%, and never cut corners. I believe that the key to running a prosperous and successful fitness club is to provide: an HONEST, LOVING, COMFORTABLE, INVITING, SAFE, AND PROFESSIONAL environment for all the members. There is big difference between this Club and others: when you become a member of our club, you are not just a member here, YOU ARE A PART OF A LOVING FAMILY. I am very blessed to be a part of this club and this wonderful family of all women.
